Love Letters To The South

ON THE HOME FRONT: Former "Party of Five" regular Lacey Chabert reports she's still "trying to reach out and do as much as I can" for Hurricane Katrina victims. "My family in Mississippi was affected by it," says Chabert, who hails from Purvis. Earlier this month she did a photo shoot to join such celebs as George Clooney and Justin Timberlake in the Red Cross's tribute book called "Love Letters to the South." The coffee-table book features "portraits of celebrities with each person writing a quote, words from songs, poems, letters of hope and inspiration and all proceeds go to the Hurricane Katrina victims." She says the aftermath of Katrina was "a very difficult and very, very sad time" for her family, but "it just makes you realize what's important."
